After more than two decades as a Southern Pines staple, Wedgie’s Sandwich Shop is making its way to historic Downtown Sanford. Known for its signature hot deli sandwiches served on a parbaked pizza crust and cut into a wedge, owner Chris Woody puts it best: “There’s no one that really does anything like ours.” After building a loyal following since 1999, Wedgie’s is bringing that same menu, atmosphere, and charm to a second location on Moore Street in Downtown Sanford.
